All this school year I've wanted to be a bit more involved in the teacher's union. But I didn't really know where I would fit in. I finally decided that I would join the contract negotiations team because of the State's mandates for school district consolidation. I think I can be a cool head. I think I can help remind everyone that there are many ways to get what you want and patience is usually the best.
Hope I don't regret this.
