Do you have a hard time saying no at work?
I was recommended for a literacy project today, I said I needed more information before I decided. My biggest question is "what's in it for me?" which sounds selfish but is meant in a self-protective way. Why would I be expected to work on a project with nothing to gain but the satisfaction of working on yet another project? There's got to be something taken away before more is added to my plate.
So, to answer this question... I don't have a hard time saying no. At work or outside work.
