So... they're still working on the furnace because it's really quite cold in here. For some reason they're having a hard time getting the air circulating in the radiators. I'm only slightly uncomfortable. But still, it's getting into winter and I don't want to be miserable.
We shall see.

This is terrible! You DESERVE heat! Isn't it in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs? I hope this gets taken care of SOON. If not, you should see what legal/financial recourse you have.
