Onesome- State: What state (or territory) do you live in? Have you lived in any other(s)? Where would you like to live? And as a bonus: Any idea what year your state became a state? *g* I live in the great state of Maine and have for my whole life. I would like to retire to somewhere with milder winters when it's time to retire. Maine is the only one-syllable named state and became a state in The Missouri Compromise in 1820.
Twosome- Fair: Or amusement parks: Did you enjoy them as a kid? What was your favorite ride? How do you feel about them now? Ready to go wander around one again, sampling funnel cakes and corn dogs and riding rides until you're sick? ...or would you rather just enjoy the entertainment or stay home and avoid the crowds? My favorite ride has always been the Tilt-a-Whirl. I loved the fortune teller at the fair--both the person and the vending machine.
Threesome- And Rodeo: Have you ever been to or watched a rodeo on TV? Did you enjoy it or consider it a barbaric spectacle? If you liked it, what was your favorite event? Ever tempted to race barrels or ride a bull yourself? in the 1980s when western wear and rodeos had a revival I would watch them on TV with my brother-in-law, but I've never watched one on my own... nor do I have any desire whatsoever to see one live or to ride a bull, barrel race or hog tie anything.
