Place the chicken on the bottom of the casserole dish and cover with stuffing mix. In a bowl mix the soup with one can of water ( Option - use wine instead of water ). Pour over the stuffing and add the cheese on top of the suffing. Cover and bake for 1 hour and 350 o F.

My brother & I discovered a new traditional Italian restaurant. He had Gnocchi Bolognese and I had Baked Eggplant Florentine. It was divine!
A bowl of oatmeal and a slice of wheat toast. I wanted pizza. (Still do.) But this was better for me.

* 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast ( Option - Pork chops )
* 4 Cup of stuffing mix
* 1 Can of Campbell's Cream of Celery soup
* 1/4 LBS Sliced provolone cheese

Dang, I just had to chuckle when I saw this! I'm constantly asking my son this question. He never has ideas. I hate having to be the idea person! :-)
