so...

Recently, I've watched some amazing movies: The Departed and Little Children lead the pack. I also really enjoyed the Bourne trilogy (I figured I should watch them in order) which brought me to my Matt Damon moment on Sunday. Evening and Hairspray were also very well cast and very good. For lighter fare: the Holiday, Love Actually and When Harry Met Sally (that's an annual) plus Ocean's Eleven (which will lead to the Ocean's trilogy--again, I figured I should watch them in order) and... gosh, what else? I watched Noel and a holiday movie starring James Garner & Julie Andrews that was delightful.

I came to your blog via leespea.

The Bourne Identity was the best of the three, in my opinion. I also liked the Departed; I like most anything by Martin Scorsese. When Harry Met Sally is another favorite of mine. Haven't seen Ocean's 11, but understand that it's the best of the trilogy.

Some good movie picks!

I was good with the Bourne movies until the last one, which gave me an ADD headache because of the too-close fight and chase scenes.

I really need to get to the Ocean's series...

I thought Little Children was amazing. Stayed with me for days afterward. I loved The Departed (and esp. Bad Will Hunting!), too, except for Jack Nicholson. He was so over the top he seemed like he was from a different movie. But wasn't it cool how realistically they worked the cellphones into it? So often I'll be watching a movie and think, "You know, in real life they would be using their phones ..."
