What do you feel is the least sexy part of the body? I don't know, I'm not coming up with anything...I think sexy is how you live in your skin, how you are not necessarily what you've got
What keeps you awake at night? Why? (This could be worries, recurring thoughts, pain or any other distraction. Read into this any way you wish.) I have intrusive thoughts... one example is that if there's a heavy rain or high wind I will wake up expecting the house to catch on fire... then hyper-vigilance will prevent me from sleeping. The meds I have just started to help quell the intrusive thoughts has a side-effect of insomnia, which I've experienced a couple of times
