1. The things I give thanks for this Thanksgiving are my health, my family and my family of friends.
2. My Thanksgiving traditions include spending time with my family.
3. The best part about Thanksgiving is taking a day to be mindfully thankful.
4. My favorite Thanksgiving food is turkeylurkey!!
5. Drinking too much was the most embarrassing thing that ever happened to me on Thanksgiving.
6. After the meal, I wash dishes.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to relaxing, tomorrow my plans include monthly lunch with Ang, and Sunday, I want to pretend parent conferences are not Monday.

My job growing up was always washing the dishes after the big meal. Whenever we go to my in-laws they expect me to help before the meal--I'm not a cook; I hate cooking and would much rather be on clean up duty. Haha Fortunately this year it's just hubby and I, so we'll probably find the only restaurant in town that's open and eat there.
