6. Do you prefer baths or showers? showers, but I do love a nice soak
7. Does your chewing gum lose its flavor on the bedpost overnight? usually. How disappointing that gum loses its flavor so fast these days. Back in the day, flavor would last for days!!

9. Do you like guacamole? if it's fresh... *
10. Have you ever been in a food fight? yes... although it was fun it was disgusting, I don't think I can ever eat butterscotch pudding again.
11. Have you ever taken a picture in one of those little booths? oh, my gosh yes--it's great fun
12. What's the longest you've ever waited in line? oh, I think it was four hours to get from Madrid to Barcelona because of a bomb threat... yeah, welcome to Spain!
13. What's on the cover of your address book or day planner? just the lettering (I think it's gold) with the name and year
* Low Fat Guacamole
• 1-1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed

• 1 avocado
• 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 1-1/2 teaspoons finely chopped pickled jalapeño
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
1. In food processor, process peas until finely chopped. With potato masher or fork, mash avocado until not quite smooth (leave it just a little lumpy).
2. Stir in onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, salt, and peas. If not serving right away, place a sheet of plastic wrap on the surface and refrigerate until serving.
Makes 6 servings
