Appetizer What is your favorite type of art? for visual art: Impressionism--I'm a major Monet & Van Gogh fan; for dance--tap dance; I appreciate almost all forms of music; spoken word/poetry can be fun. I'm not so sure I like some forms of performance art--there are times I feel like I don't get it. I enjoy natural art. And sculpture.

Soup When was the last time you got a free lunch (or breakfast or dinner)? Who paid for it? a couple of weeks ago one of my students comped me an iced coffee at Dunkin' Donuts. That same day, my favorite waitress at Al's bought my meal. That was a shocker!! She's such a sweetheart--I left her a particularly large tip.

Salad On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being highest, how emotional are you? probably a 9, but people around me say I tend to be sphinxy (hard to read). I don't like to be vulnerable.

Main Course Approximately how long do you spend each day responding to emails? all told, probably a half-hour. Sometimes it's hard to carve out time at school to give my whole attention to replying so it sometimes takes longer.

Dessert To what temperature do you usually set your home’s thermostat? 65-68--although, when it's damp out, sometimes in the winter I might go up to 70. I would rather layer and snuggle than turn the heat up.
