1. What is your favorite song of all time? Does is bring back any special memories?
Probably One by U2. Actually, the whole album brings back special memories of being in Spain and hearing Mysterious Ways in a drag queen disco. It would take way too long to explain. But it was the equivalent of Mardis Gras.
2. What song do you like the best of those released in the past year?
That's a toughie...I'm drawing a blank, I mean, there are a LOT of songs I like but I don't know which one I like best.
3. Have you been to many concerts? What was your first? Which were your favorites?
My very first concert was Billy Joel on the Innocent Man tour in 1984. I've been to a bunch of concerts since then, the highlights being James Taylor at OOB's ball field, with the sun going down and lots of beer and dancing. The most memorable was Van Morrison, in a very small club in Ireland. Very intimate.
4. If you were a musician, what genre of music would you preform? What would your band be called?
I'd be a female Michael Buble, breathing new life into old lounge songs. Pop music of the first kind. Band name...? hmmm... gotta wait and see.
