So, here I am once again trying to focus on myself--on what I am actually feeling. I really can't put it together, either. What am I feeling? I do know that physically I am feeling stronger and healthier than I have felt in months. The costochondritis is finally starting to ease up and I don't have the same level of pain all the time. But I just can't seem to figure out where I am other than physically improved. I recognize the anxiety--I can feel that in my body but I can't quite identify the source in my brain. I suppose this was a good assignment for therapy this week.Gifts of Seclusion
Scorpio Daily Horoscope
You may feel a gulf widening between yourself and your peers today, whether you are engaged in domestic or career-related activities. This isolation can pain you at first, causing you to wonder why others are separating themselves from you. However, your retreat into seclusion may be the result of unconscious choices you are making because you need to recover from worldly stresses. If you are lonely, consider how you can make the most of your time in solitude. This can be the perfect time to focus on those aspects of your life that suffer when your schedule is busy. You will likely feel more relaxed today as you immerse yourself in books you have longed to read, meditation, rest, and other personal pursuits.
When we perceive seclusion as an opportunity to relax and learn about ourselves rather than something to be avoided, we can drink freely from the font of self-knowledge that can only be accessed in solitude. Away from the hustle and bustle of modern life and free from the distractions imposed upon us by our interpersonal connections, we are free to engage in activities that satisfy the needs of our bodies, minds, and souls. We learn, through uninterrupted experimentation, what excites us and what soothes us. Seeking guidance within ourselves frees us from the need to seek outside counsel, and we discover that many of the answers we sought in our outer-world affairs were inside of us all along. You will learn to enjoy isolation today when you investigate the many gifts it offers.
what if this is as good as it gets?
