I've learned that therapy is the best thing you can do for yourself.
I've learned that siblings and parents can be the best friends, ever.
I've learned that doing things on my own timeline is a good thing.
I've learned that there are no truer words than "This too shall pass."

So very true. This too shall pass is a lesson it takes so long to learn. And therapy would help so many people who will not seek it, sadly.
