Surprising that so far everyone I've read prefers silver to gold.
Manners are usually “ in there” or at least they were... One time I was walking my little puppy, and two blue haired Goth kids were coming down the street. I looked up, smiled at them, and said, “Hi, how are you doing?”, and their expressions went from a sort of sad resignation, to smiles and they greeted me back.
I’m also looking up that book. Thanks for the tip. There is a new documentary (by Netflix I think) about Firefighters.
Oh Goddess of Napping, please send me some zzzzs in the middle of the day! My husband is constantly telling me to "take a nap" but I can't sleep in the daylight!
A pandemic of spontaneous combustion?! I think I'm going to have to check out The Fireman just to see how that could even be possible!
