ten things tuesday

Ten books when I need something light and fun. I have a few go-to authors that never let me down.

1) Jojo Moyes. Her books have made me laugh and cry.

2) Milly Johnson. She writes a lot of seasonal books and I like that they have that type of theme. It's great chick-lit.

3) Jill Mansell. These are rom-coms done right!

4) Maeve Binchy. Storytelling at its best--poignant family stories set in Ireland.

5) JK Rowling. The Harry Potter series whisk me away to a magical world!

6) Maddy Hunter. The Passport to Peril series is a hoot--sleuthing seniors who travel the world!

7) Liane Moriarty. Writes compelling fiction, great for book groups.

8) Elizabeth Strout. Real people, flaws and all!

9) Barbara Ross. Another cozy mystery series, this time set along the coast of Maine.

10) Jenny Colgan. Lots of fun stories.

I keep meaning to pick up JoJo Moyes. (This could be dangerous; remember you're the one who had me bingeing on Lisa Lutz.)
