w.w.w. wednesday

Welcome to WWW Wednesday! Hosted by Taking on a World of Words.

• What are you currently reading? I'm reading The Women in the Castle by Jessica Shattuck, A Perfect Holiday Fling by Farrah Rochon and The Twelve Lives of Samuel Hawley by Hannah Tinti and listening to St. Nick by Alan Russell.

• What did you recently finish reading? I finished The Map Of True Places by Brunonia Barry, A Redbird Christmas by Fannie Flagg, The Utterly Uninteresting and Unadventurous Tales of Fred, the Vampire Accountant by Drew Hayes, and Marlena by Julie Bunton.

• What do you think you’ll read next? I'm not sure... probably the audio of my next book group book.

I just started "The Warrior's Wife" (The Warriors Series Book 1) by Denise Domning, which seems great! I just finished "Trouble in High Heels" (Fortune Hunter Book 1) by Christina Dodd, that was a fun romance with a Jewel Theif and his lawyer. I started the prologue of "Leonardo Da Vinci" by Walter Isaacson in Audible and I've got to get back to it, it's wonderful! My blog post today - http://lovelyyarnescapes.blogspot.com/2017/12/wednesdays-yarns-entering-into-quiet.html, which isn't publishing my comment back to you! I wanted to say that there is an irony to the Project Peace 2017 that yes, I am fighting not being stressed by too many projects. Panic does lurk at the edges. Overall I'm pleased I'm doing it, but it is an effort to focus on peace. So I totally understand! I might do it again January 1st with the original color scheme of the designer. the Malibrigo silk yarn is amazing! Happy Holidays! :)

I gave one Fannie Flagg book (I Still Dream about You) a shot and it just didn't grab me. Maybe I should give her another try ...
