Buddy, my neighbor's cat, met me in the driveway as I hauled my shopping into the entry. I set bags down to collect the mail and he rubbed against me, which he rarely does. I pet him and rubbed his back and head, which I rarely do. This counts as cuddling. I am not a cat fan.

It's also probably all Buddy wanted. They say cats are perverse because they gravitate to people who don't like them. That's not true. It's just some cats find humans getting all in their faces, picking them up, scratching and petting them all over the place really icky. All Buddy wanted was a little sugar and some acknowledgement.
