ten things tuesday

Ten ways to get yourself out of a rut. (To cheer yourself up!)

1) Declare badassery. I try to do something outside my comfort zone to be a total badass!

2) Look at puppies online. Videos, Instagram, silly posts my sisters and I send each other--it's all Puppypalooza!

3) Get lost in the Colorfy app.

4) Take a scenic drive.

5) Get a manicure. Pampering is soothing.

6) Stop. Get centered. Remember that this too shall pass! Let go of anything that is not in the moment.

7) Smile. The physical act of smiling helps cheer me up.

8) Along with a smile, a posture check is good. Straightening up my body lightens the load.

9) Browse knitting patterns on Ravelry, the online fiber arts community.

10) Nap.
