Let's Dance

1) In this song, David encourages his partner to "put on your red shoes and dance." When did you last dance? it's been awhile, unless car dancing counts, then it's Friday

2) Mr. Bowie recalled that he and choreographer Toni Basil developed a dance step now known as "the moonwalk" for his 1974 tour, nearly a decade before Michael Jackson performed "Billie Jean." Can you think of something you should have gotten credit for, but didn't? happens all the time at school

3) Similarly, the band Roxy Music was upset because Bowie copied their "catsuit look" for his own stage wardrobe and made it famous. What do you usually wear, Monday through Friday? I dress in business casual

4) David Bowie was particular about the aftershave he wore, and one of his favorites was by Guerlain. Do you regularly apply cologne or aftershave? lately, I've been dusting on Chanel No. 5 powder

5) In school, David's best subject was art. Think back to your own school days. In which class did you excel? to be honest, I was a lazy student whose grades came naturally, I remember getting my first B and being perplexed by it

6) In addition to art and music, David Bowie displayed a keen head for business, leaving a fortune of more than $600,000,000. Would you describe yourself as "good with money?" what is the opposite of being good with money?

7) Bowie also appeared in a variety of movies from The Man Who Fell to Earth to Zoolander. Who is your alltime favorite movie actor? I've been on a Meryl Streep kick lately

8) One of Bowie's hits is "Life on Mars." If you had the opportunity to travel into space, would you take it? no, thanks

9) The creators of SpongeBob Square Pants are huge Bowie fans and were thrilled when, in 2007, he appeared in an episode. Sam suspects that she may be the only person who hasn't seen that cartoon show. What about you? Have you ever watched an episode of SpongeBob, start to finish? I don't think I have watched a full episode, and if I have, it wasn't intentionally

Car dancing FTW!

And I didn't even think about including women in the "actor" question--I really do suck ;-)

I think car dancing counts.

Car dancing definitely counts and I wish I had thought of it!

of course it counts. Chanel #5 still smells haevenly to me.

Maybe bad with money is when you buy a weapon to conceal for a nefarious purpose, or you buy up the ingredients for stink bombs to throw at politicians?

My mom loved Chanel #5. I have some of her pearls and they still smell like her perfume.

LOL Car dancing. Reminds me of the time I was stopped at a red light and Bohemian Rhapsody, I was lip syncing complete with hand gestures when a cop pulled up a long side of me. He stared at me and started to laugh

Good for you for wearing Chanel #5. I'd like to, but I just don't feel elegant or sophisticated enough to carry it off. And here you are, being all confident and dusting it on!
