1)Where would you retire to? someplace with less harsh winters but four distinct seasons

2)What are your best physical features? I like my lips and my hands

3)What are your best characteristics? Listening skills

4)What kind of books do you like to read? mystery, thriller, suspense, literature, fiction, chick-lit, memoirs

5)What are you reading now? Fleur de Lies by Maddy Hunter, from the hilarious Passport to Peril series

6)Where would you want to retire to? same place as #1

7)What is your favorite time of the day? I think I'm at my best mid-morning to mid-afternoon

8)Where did you grow up? in a small town at the end of the earth

9)How far away from your birthplace do you live now? about a mile

10)Are you a morning person or a night owl? in my heart I will always be a night owl, but I'm a morning person

11)What inspires you? laughter

12)Can you close your eyes and raise your eyebrows? yes

13)Do you have pets? some overgrown dust bunnies

14)How many rings before you answer the phone? a couple

15)What are some of the different jobs that you have had in your life? babysitter, nanny, cashier, gas station attendant, retail control, shift leader, teacher, Resident Assistant, office assistant, gift wrapper, hostess, waitress, ice cream scooper, and other things I'm sure I'm forgetting

16) Any new and exciting things that you would like to share? hmmm... nothing comes to mind

17)What is most important in life? relationships

18)Did you dream last night? yes

19)Do you remember your dreams? no

You should check out Southwestern Virginia if you ever want to move. We have four great very distinct seasons. Most years the winters are mild, not counting this last one which was the worst I can ever remember.

Gift wrapper! I thought that would be a great job. It's creative, customers are generally happy when they bring you the box, you get to see what people are buying ...

That small town at the end of the earth...and you still leave a mile from it. If you want warmer weather why not teach in North Carolina or something?

I love cozy mysteries. Haven't read one in a while and I've never seen this series. Might have to read one.
