musing mondays

Musing Mondays asks you to muse about one of the following each week…

• Describe one of your reading habits.
• Tell us what book(s) you recently bought for yourself or someone else, and why you chose that/those book(s).
• Tell us what you’re reading right now — what you think of it, so far; why you chose it; what you are (or, aren’t) enjoying about it.
• What book are you currently desperate to get your hands on? Tell us about it!
• Do you have a bookish rant? Something about books or reading (or the industry) that gets your ire up? Share it with us!
• Instead of the above questions, maybe you just want to ramble on about something else pertaining to books — let’s hear it, then!

The five most recent books I've purchased for myself are: White Wedding by Milly Johnson, The Last Letter from Your Lover by Jojo Moyes, French Fried: one man's move to France with too many animals and an identity thief by Chris Dolley, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson, and Love Thy Neighbor by Mark Gilleo. I believe they were all reduced price or free books!

I've only read one of those books. But they all sound good.

French Fried sounds familiar--I think I read about it somewhere . . . I'm going to have to look that one up!

I've always been interested in The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I haven't read it yet but I really want to.

I love seeing what books others bet. I have not read any that you purchased or got free. Happy reading.
