Happy Holidays!

1. As you can see, when Sam Winters was a little girl, she loved giving her annual wish list to Santa. If you could ask Santa for anything at all, right now, what would it be? a professional organizer to get rid of the clutter and help me organize my home

2. Are you currently on the Naughty or Nice list? How did you get there? I'm on the Nice list. Because my life of naughty is unsuccessful.

3. Are you traveling this Christmas? If so, are you going by car, plane or train? I'm on staycation but I'll be driving for what I have to do.

4. Did you buy yourself a gift this year? I am going to buy myself a new car battery. Yippee.

5. What's your favorite holiday-themed movie or TV special? Have you seen it yet this year? My favorite holiday movie is Elf, for a variety of reasons, and I've also really enjoyed the Michael Buble special for the past few years. I have not seen either (yet).

6. Which do you prefer: candy canes or gingerbread? that's tough-- but I'm going with gingerbread.

7. Close your eyes and tell us the first carol that comes to mind. "White Christmas"

8. What's your favorite winter beverage? hot cocoa with a hint of mint

9. What will you remember most about 2013? the weddings!!

Honestly, I think staycations are the best--I'm a homebody at heart I guess!

When the organizers finishes your place can I have them? I think my place would be a real challenge for them.

hhmmm.....White Christmas? Could it be because Rosemary Clooney is in it?
I like that one too :)

Ooh, a car battery! You're awfully nice to yourself. /sarcasm

Actually, you are: it would really suck to have a dead battery in January where you are!

Honestly, a new car battery is the best peace of mind ever when it comes to car stuff. Our crapped out this summer, and I was in fear of getting stranded every day. SO thankful when we finally replaced it!

I've been listening to a lot of holiday Buble, too.

I would love to have a professional organizer, but I would probably fight her on stuff to get rid of. Practical gifts like car batteries are no fun! Elf is awesome. My daughter's favorite is hot cocoa with mint too (and mini marshmallows because she is a kid. lol)
