therapy


It's been since Thanksgiving since my last therapy appointment. 8 weeks is too long, we went with 6 weeks for next time. My epiphany came when I realized decluttering my apartment = decluttering my mind. That I've got a few things I'm holding on to because I don't know how to get rid of them. So, we're going to start working on "the stuff." Especially the stuff that needs to be cleaned out. It was a great session and I'm processing.

I find decluttering and organizing very therapeutic. I don't know why physical cleaning leads to emotional cleaning, but it does!

Excellent! I've found watching an episode of "Hoarders" is very (VERY!) motivating.
