Blue Christmas

1) Do you ever suffer the blues during the holidays? I don't know if it's really the blues, but sometimes I am wistful

2) More than 18 million visitors have toured Elvis' home, Graceland. Have you ever been there? no, but I just added it to my bucket list

3) Elvis dyed his naturally light brown locks black. Do you dye your hair? I have on occasion

4) He also insisted his young girlfriend, Priscilla, dye her hair jet black. If your lover asked you to change your hair, would you? not to another color

5) Elvis served his country at an Army base in Friedberg, Germany. Have you ever been to Germany? no, but it's also on my bucket list

6) Elvis famously had an affair with Ann-Margret during the filming of Viva Las Vegas. Have you ever indulged in a dalliance with a coworker? no, and I don't think I ever will

7) Thinking of his movies ... Elvis was, by and large, unhappy with his film career and once said, "The only thing worse than watching a bad movie is being in one." Are you happy with the way your career is going/has gone? yes!

8) Elvis lost "the battle of the bulge" toward end of his life. Are you happy with your weight? I'm comfortable where I am, even though I need to lose about 100 pounds

9) As a teenager, Elvis worked as an usher at a movie theater. What was your first job? other than babysitting, my first regularly paying gig was at the local convenience store/gas station

Love that I'm not the only one still adding to my bucket list - I hope I never finish 'writing' it! :D

Glad you're happy where you are re: #8. I worked at a gas station/conv store, too. It sucked, lol.

I recently started a bucket list of places in the US that I want to see. I should add Graceland to it.

I can't imagine anyone NOT enjoying Graceland. I mean, just the sheer people watching is worth the price of admission!

My bucket list has a lot on it but Graceland and Germany is kind of way down it.

Fooling around with a co-worker is a naive game. I'm sorry I ever did. And ieven marriage aside I would never do it again...
